Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for urgent shoots.
Do all cameras come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, we only sell brand-new, authentic products sourced directly from manufacturers. Every camera and lens includes a full manufacturer's warranty valid in the United States.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee if they show signs of use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international locations. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination.
Can I trade in my old gear for store credit?
Yes, Focus Camera has a dedicated trade-in program. You can submit your gear details online for a quote, and once inspected, we will issue store credit towards your next upgrade.
How can I track my order status?
