Return Process

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Focus Camera

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
