The Manfrotto 500PLONG Video Plate is a long version of the standard camera plate. It counterbalances camcorders with long lenses or batteries that would otherwise throw off the weight distribution. It comes with 1/4-inch-20 and 3/8-inch-16 camera screws and anti-rotation pin. This plate is compatible with the Manfrotto 500 Series Video Heads, including the Manfrotto 502, 504 and 509 heads.
