The Slik Sprint Pro III Tripod is built to travel. Whether it is a quick sunrise at the beach or an expedition to Iceland, the Sprint series delivers rock solid performance in a travel ready package. The head is compact but mighty and can support all that weight at any angle without drift or slacking. The Sprint Pro III 3-way BK sports a matte black finish and includes the SH-704E 3-way Pan Head with quick release plate. It is ready to go anywhere and look good doing it.
Rapid Flip Mechanism (RFM)
The Rapid Flip Mechanism (RFM) provides an easy and simple way to adjust the leg angles to go from as low as 6.5 inches off the ground to as tall as 63.2 inches with the column extended (measured at the top of the pan head). The Pro III 3-way with Pan Head weighs 2.6 lb but can support 4.4 lb of camera equipment.
Great for Shooting Macro
Each leg is made up of 4 sections and the height is adjusted using the simple to use flip-lock design for solid slip-free operation. All 3 legs are outfitted with streamlined rubber grips for easy handling. The center column can be separated for low-angle work and inverted so that you can shoot straight down over your subject.
