It has a 3-inch offset that positions the scope in a forward position, allowing for correct eye relief and head placement. Easy to install, the cantilever mount was designed to hold tight to the base for proper sight alignment. The cantilever mount positions the center of the riflescope tube at a height of 1.59-inch from the base to give you the correct height and forward placement for proper scope mounting on 1-inch maintubes. The cantilever conveniently mounts to standard Picatinny rails.
